UPCOMING EVENTS

December 21, 2019

The Peek Initiative Launch

The PEEK Initiative is an educational foundation started by experienced professionals to expose vulnerable children in the rural areas of Nigeria to the plethora of educational information available to their peers in developed countries. In collaboration with local partners in Nigeria, we are launching the “Project PEEK” – Practical Engineering Experience for Kids.

Project PEEK is a hands-on, fun and engaging educational experience for kids. The kids will work in teams, using their newly acquired knowledge to decipher, solve complex problems and create products, while uncovering the related fundamental mathematics and scientific principles. We currently have 300 students (Primary 4 – 6 [3rd – 5th graders]) registered for the pilot event at St. Martin Primary School in Igbo-Ukwu, Aguata LGA, Anambra state, Nigeria on the 21st of December, 2019.

The Peek Approach

There are so many children currently out of school and one way we can alleviate poverty is by providing education. Sending these kids back to school and giving them an opportunity to have the best possible life is one of our top priorities.
